Not quite in love with us yet? Ok, here goes…

Running a Digital Marketing Agency means we get paid to promote our artists online – day in, day out. But the reality is that 99% of artists out there can’t afford to pay for our services on an ongoing basis. The good news is that Twitter makes it possible to effectively promote your music regardless of budget.

There are a few tricks to this which we have perfected over the years with fantastic results. We decided to write this guide for all those artists who are keen to learn the tricks of the trade, and are willing to invest the time and energy to master the art of marketing their music on Twitter.

All of the ingredients to our Twitter Marketing secret sauce can be found in this guide. But in order to make the recipe work you will need to consistently dedicate time to managing your strategy and engaging with fans.

Sound like hard work? Perhaps, but nothing worth having ever comes easy right?

Let’s take a moment to explore the investment you have personally put into your music over the years. First consider how many hours you’ve spent learning and practicing your instruments, vocals, production and songwriting. Let’s say you invested 2 hours a day, 5 days per week for the last 2 years – a pretty conservative estimate for most musicians.

So that’s – 2 hours x 5 days x 52 weeks x 2 years.

A total of more than 1,000 hours!

Personally I would say I spend well over double that amount on learning various instruments and music production in a period of 2 years.

Now, how much money have you invested into your music?

Looking around the average studio, I would expect to see an electric/acoustic guitar, a microphone, and a small home studio set up. Just these hardware items alone could easily account for $5000 of your hard earned cash. And that’s before we even get into buying guitar strings, software, and paying for music lessons.

So we’re looking at 1000+ hours and $5000 invested into music so far.

Now how many hours and dollars would you say you’ve spent actually promoting your music in this time? I’m guessing it would be insignificant compared to this.

Looking at it from this perspective, I guess it really is no surprise that so many of our ReverbNation pages are gathering dust, and major labels rarely come knocking on our doors.

OK guys, so I guess it’s time to level with you. The truth is this:

Effectively promoting your music and brand online is NOT rocket science.

You just have to know HOW to do it.

And the good news is if you follow the simple promotion strategy we have set out in our guide “How To Market Your Music On Twitter” it will barely cost you a nickel, and could take as little as 1-2 hours of your time each day.

That’s right – ONLY 10 HOURS PER WEEK.

Less time than some of you probably spend in front of the mirror!!

Throughout the 70-odd pages of our guide, we teach you the EXACT promotion strategy which has enabled us to build Jaden Social – a successful and profitable Digital Agency – in less than 12 months.

We now employ over 10 staff who manage over 30 clients. Our first guide received more than 5000 downloads and our agency has built an international presence in the music industry. Not to mention growing our clients’ Twitter followings by a whopping 100,000+ fans this year alone.

This guide breaks down what can seem like a hugely complex process into a set of simple step-by-step instructions, complete with well-organised homework action points to take away and think about.

There are loads of pretty pictures all the way through to make your journey as enjoyable as possible. We also walk you through the very best pieces of software that we have tried, tested, and personally use in the everyday operations of our agency.

  1. Definitely recommend scooping this.
I find the biggest challenge for me with twitter is just simply not having a system for where to look and finding followers.
Turns out that was also a symptom of not having a clearly defined target market in my mind.
Jaden lays out the foundation for ya, you just have to man up and build it now.
Still digesting the information, and will re-read the ebook a few more times at least, but if you are serious about marketing your music online, this is one more must have Ebook.

    • Glad to hear you dig the book!

Developing a strategy is key. It’s important to have clearly defined objectives and a good understanding of your target audience.

All the tools are there, Twitter is the perfect platform and the rest is up to you.

Keep us posted on your progress!

  2. nice work Jake :)
