How we gained 45,000 targeted Twitter followers for our clients in 25 weeks!

Late in 2011 we made the decision to expand our part-time consultation services and begin operating as a fully-fledged Social Media marketing agency. We began building foundation from the ground up, initially taking on just two clients – close personal friends of ours, Electric Empire and Mr Wilson DJ.

By mid-2012, we are now managing Online promotions for more than 15 top artists, and have built a Jaden Social Twitter base of 12,000+ fans.

The Objective:

To gain high exposure and grow the Online presence and fanbases of our clients, as well as building Jaden Social’s own brand and following.

The Strategy:

By understanding the long-term objectives of, and conducting in-depth market research for each of our artists, we were able to gain a good understanding of their target audiences, and the most effective ways to increase their Online and real-world exposure.

The Results:

Here is a summary of our achievement for our top 10 artists for the first 6 months Jaden Social was operating (October ’11 to April ’12):

  • We gained a total of 45,015 active and targeted Twitter followers – an average growth of 344 followers/week per artist (49 per day)
  • We had an average acquisition cost of $0.29/follower
  • Our artists received 6403 Retweets at an average of 7/day per client
  • We increased our clients’ average follower growth from 158/week in October, to a high of 399/week in March
